Mirus Bio公司是世界上zui早開發、低細胞毒性轉染試劑的公司之一，同時也是目前該類試劑zui主要的供應商之一。Mirus Bio的大部分轉染試劑可以在含有血清的培養基中進行轉染，省去了更換培養基的麻煩。
TransIT-L1是Mirus產品的，自1995年開發出來就申請了美國(US 5,744,335)。該項技術后來License給了Roche公司，以Fugene 6的品牌對外銷售。
TransIT-TKO & siQUEST轉染試劑是常規siRNA轉染試劑的，與脂質體介導的轉染試劑相比，該轉染試劑可以轉染siRNA，并且極大地降低了細胞的損傷程度。該試劑與siRNA混合轉染細胞時，可以特異性剔除某些基因的表達，用于siRNA介導的基因沉默現象的研究。
TransIT-Oligo轉染試劑是即用型試劑，可以地將各種類型的寡聚核苷酸和寡聚脫氧核苷酸轉染至受體細胞中。
此外，Mirus Bio還開發了專門針對特殊細胞的體外轉染試劑，例如分別針對Jurkat，COS，3T3等細胞的轉染試劑。
Mirus Bio的科學家們新近開發了一種新的DNA轉染試劑：TransIT TM-2020 Transfection Reagent。TransIT TM的性能優于FuGENE TM、Lipofectamine TM 2000和 LipofectamineTM2000 CD；可在多種類型的細胞（包括難轉染細胞）中實現高表達。 HD-2020
